Go to Reservations ▶️ Manage Reservations
The "Manage Reservations" and "Reservation Detail" pages within the Bookassist platform offer comprehensive tools for reviewing, managing, and acting upon hotel bookings. This guide will walk you through the key features and functionalities of both pages, ensuring you can efficiently handle your reservation workflow.
Managing Reservations
Accessing and Filtering Reservations:
- Navigate to the "Reservations" tab and select "Manage Reservations."
- Filter reservations using:

- "From" and "To" date pickers for arrival dates.
- The sort order dropdown (e.g., "most recent reservations").
- The results dropdown to adjust displayed reservations per page.
- The "Search" button to apply selected filters.
Reservation List Information:
The reservation list provides key details for each booking:
- Status: Indicates the reservation's current status (e.g., "Confirmed," "Cancelled").
- Booking Reference: The unique reference number.
- Action: A dropdown menu for available actions (resend, cancel reservations, check card...)
- Customer Information: Customer name, email, and contact details.
- Reservation Dates: Arrival and departure dates.
- Booking Date: Date the reservation was made.
Viewing Reservation Details
- Select a reservation from the "Manage Reservations" list.
- The "Reservation Detail" page displays:
- Reference: Booking reference and date.
- Policies: Cancellation and payment policy of the reservation.
- Booking Summary: Arrival/departure dates, number of nights, and guests.
- Room Details: Room type, discounts, add-ons, and pricing.
- Total Cost: Accommodation cost, taxes, and payment details.
- Customer Details: Contact and billing information.
Additional Features:
- Add External Comment: Add internal comments to the reservation.
- Send: Send reservation information to relevant parties.
