      Create a dynamic discount

      Go to Rates/Availability ▶️ Dynamic Discounts

      Step 1: Create a Dynamic Discount

      • Click on "New Discount".

      Fill in all of the mandatory details : 
      • Title - change to Discount Name (internal use only)
      • Text in every applicable language - change to Discount Description in all applicable languages (Limited to 100 characters) 
      • Discount type 
          • Percentage 
          • Value 

      👍Tip #1 : You can choose a minimum stay and when the discount is applied (i.e. You can apply the discount on the first night only, entire stay etc. If you choose a minimum stay of 2 nights, you can apply the discount every 2 nights).

      👍Tip #2 : You can use the dynamic discount to advertise various USP's at a 0 price.

      • Select one package and click 'Save'. (You can also apply the discount on extra beds or a meal plan).

      ⚠️ Here you must select one room type & assign it to the new dynamic discount. Click Save New Discount button to save the Dynamic Discount.  In Step 3  you can assign more packages using the Assign Packages button on the Dynamic Discounts tab.

      Step 2: Assign the discount to all of your applicable packages 

      Click on "Assign packages" to apply your new discount to the rates you require, then click "Update Discount".

      Step 3: Open / Close your Dynamic Discount

      👍Tip #3 : If your discount is seasonal, leave it closed by default. That way you just have to open a specific period, instead of closing a much longer period.
