Search Reservations

Go to Reversations ▶️ Search Reservations

The "Search Reservations" page allows you to efficiently locate and manage your hotel's bookings. This guide will walk you through the key features and functionalities of this page.

Searching for Reservations

  • Accessing the Search Reservations Page: Navigate to the "Reservations" tab and select "Search Reservations."
  • Search Criteria:
    • You can search for reservations based on "Arrivals" or "Reservation Made" dates.
    • Use the available date selectors to define the preferred date range.
  • Initiating the Search: Click the "Show" button to display the search results.
  • Search Results Display: The search results will appear below the search form, showing a list of reservations that match your criteria.

Understanding the Search Results

Each reservation in the search results is presented with key information:

  • Optional Comments: You have the option to add comments to each reservation.
  • Card Details: Click "Card" to view the payment card details associated with the reservation.
  • Reservation Details: Click "Details" to view comprehensive information about the reservation.
  • Booking Reference: The unique booking reference number is displayed. If the reservation is cancelled, the reference number will be shown in red.
  • PMS Status: The "Sent to PMS" status indicates whether the reservation has been successfully sent to your Property Management System.
  • Key Reservation Information: Each displayed reservation will also show the booking made date, the arrival and departure dates, and the number of nights. Also the customer name, and the total cost.

Managing Reservation Comments

  • Updating Comments: After adding an optional comment, click the "Update" button to save the comment to the reservation.
