Web Forms enable us to capture information about products and services and gain valuable insight about our customers.
We can use this information to improve and better understand our customers and ultimately give them what they want.

How do I enable and manage Forms?
Go to Section “1. Configure your site > Property main info > Forms emails”
It's important to note that no forms will be displayed on the website unless the email address has been defined in the property main information.
Below an email has been entered which will determine the destination of the form information once submitted. If using more than one email please separate by commas.
If you do not see any of the following form headings then it is because the functionality has not been activated.

Forms can be added to any page by selecting the corresponding template in the page setup of the page. Find out more about Templates.
Go to Section “Manage Content > Menu & Pages > Edit page > Page Setup”
Once the template has been selected, choose preview to review the selection in a new window AND/OR then save to confirm and publish the selection.
Form that can send attached files
In Page Setup select “Form attachment” then either choose preview to review the selection in a new window AND/OR save to confirm and publish the selection.
Form for meetings
In Page Setup select “Meetings” then either choose preview to review the selection in a new window AND/OR save to confirm and publish the selection.
Form for a restaurant
In Page Setup select “Restaurant” then either choose preview to review the selection in a new window AND/OR save to confirm and publish the selection.
Form for weddings
In Page Setup select “Weddings” then either choose preview to review the selection in a new window AND/OR save to confirm and publish the selection.
Form for Contact
Contact template is already available as standard but if you wish to add a simple contact form to any page you can have more than one. In Page Setup select “Contact” then either choose preview to review the selection in a new window AND/OR save to confirm and publish the selection.
Note: Existing form templates can not be modified. If changes are required, then a new custom form template needs to be created.
