You may have heard that expression from your contact at Bookassist or read it somewhere like on your Smart CMS.
But do know what it means or what price groups can do for you? This article will help you understand one of our core features: the Price Group.
What can I do with a Price Group?
A Price Group gives you the ability to create a link that contains a specific offer or room. This link can then be distributed via a newsletter, on social media, through a QR code etc.

Who can create a Price Group?
Price Group are created by Bookassist initially, after which you are then able to use them through the Extranet, either when you create an offer or when you are editing an offer.
How can I assign a Price Group?
As mentioned earlier, you can assign a Price Group either when you are creating an offer or when you are editing one. To create or edit an offer, navigate to "Manage Rooms" then "Edit / Delete / Rearrange Rooms".

Why is a Price Group good for my hotel?
A Price Group is an useful tool for your hotel and sales staff. With it, you can direct your customer to a specific offer or room.
You can create a link that will direct your customer to the booking engine, showing them a specific offer. Alternatively, you are able to directly them to a room.
If you have a room page on your website, you can also insert links that point to an offer for a specific room.
