      Welcome pop up will not deactivate?

      1. Go to POPUPS section, inside the CMS: Optimise sales > Popups

      2. Just check if the checkbox is checked, if not, the popup will not display.

      3. Click on SAVE

      If you have visited the homepage before and closed the popup, you may need to clear your cookies from browser settings. An easier way to check popup is to view page incognito.
