      Grant access to credit card details (to a new user)

       

      This article is only for granting access to credit card details to a new user. On how to retrieve a credit card, please visit this page.

      Go to your "User Name" ➡️ Maintain Users

      Generate password for CC Access

      Click on "CC Access".

      You will be redirected to a new page.

      Click on "Generate Security Code".

      You will receive an email with a temporary security code. Copy and paste this temporary security code here :

      Then click "I'm not a robot" because you are not ! And "Continue".

      ⚠️ This password must contain : 8 characters including: 1 digit, 1 uppercase, and 1 lowercase as shown in the screenshot above.

      You can now authorize the access to the credit card by clicking on the button : 

      CCAccess3_EN

      Click on "Confirm" and then click on back to "Maintain Users" to comeback to the users page.

      You will see that "CC Access" is checked, which will grant access to credit card details.
