Pricing

Bookassist charges a Service Fee of €250 plus VAT annually due in advance for each connection to a third-party service. This fee is necessary to cover certification costs with the PSP, development and implementation costs, server and hosting costs including server bandwidth for traffic, ongoing service upgrades, security standards implementation including PCI level 1 certification, ongoing security testing ensuring data integrity, monitoring systems, ongoing quality assurance, and GDPR compliance.

Card Pre-authorisation Without Prepayment: Our current integration doesn't support pre-authorisation of credit cards when no prepayment is being processed.

Tokenisation Services: The integration doesn't include card tokenisation capabilities for storing guest payment information for future use.

Step 1: Planet Payment Account Registration
To begin your payment processing journey, you'll need to establish a direct relationship with Planet Payment. Simply contact their team directly to register for your merchant account. Their experienced onboarding specialists will guide you through the account setup process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed efficiently.

Step 2: Sharing Your Account Credentials
Once your Planet Payemnt account is active, you'll need to provide Bookassist Support with two essential pieces of information from your account:

Publishable Key (also referred to as your Merchant ID)
Secret Key (your secure authentication credential)
