      Your Monthly Performance Update Email

      How to access detailed dashboards from your Monthly Performance Update

      We are introducing a single monthly email showing the performance of your Booking Engine as well as Digital Marketing and Metasearch initiatives.

      The email contains a set of KPIs on Booking Engine and Paid Advertising Performance for the previous month and links to find detailed reports on our Bookassist Intelligence platform.

      Before you can access reports, you will have to log in to Bookassist Intelligence. Please enter the same login details that you are using to access our extranet to manage your Booking Engine.
      If you don't know your username or experience difficulties, please contact your Online Business Manager.

      In Bookassist Intelligence, we have prepared dedicated dashboards on

      • Booking Engine Performance,
      • Digital Marketing Performance,
      • Metasearch Performance.

      You can access those pages only from the links in the monthly email you received. These dashboards shows a data snapshot of previous month, but by clicking on the top-level navigation, you can access the full range of Bookassist Intelligence reports.
