What we do?
The L2 Team is our technical support team, responsible for checking technical-related issues or questions. Additionally, they handle tickets escalated from the L1 Team when they are related to bugs or when something is not working as expected.
For internal Bookassist staff, the L2 Team can also help with Super Admin, Extranet, BE & WD technical issues.
