Who we are?

What we do?

The L1 Team is our clients' first point of contact for any support request. This includes any technical issues with Connectivities, Extranet, BE, WD, or any questions or doubts about Bookassist tools. 

The L1 Team can also help other teams internally with training or changes on existing BE or WD setups.
