How to Upload Images
Uploading images to your website is quick and easy with the Bookassist Web Platform
Follow these steps:
1. Log In & Navigate
- Log into the Bookassist Web Platform: https://web.bookassist.com/
- Hover over the Website CMS tab and select the website you want to edit.
2. Upload Images
- Go to the Images and Docs section and click Add Images and Docs.
- Click Upload Files and select one or multiple images from your computer.
- Decide where to store your images – select an existing folder or create a new one for better organisation.
- Create a new Folder by hovering mouse over Images and Docs, and click on Folders.
3. Monitor & Confirm Upload
- Track the progress of your uploads. If a file already exists, choose whether to override it or keep the original.
- Once uploaded, check the Images and Docs section to confirm your files are available.
💡 Organising images into folders by category (e.g., "Rooms," "Dining," "Gallery") will make them easier to find later.
