How to Manage Page Visibility and Navigation

Controlling which pages appear in menus helps streamline user experience

1. Log In & Navigate

  • Log into the Bookassist Web Platform: https://web.bookassist.com/
  • Hover over the Website CMS tab and select the website you want to edit.

2. Add/Remove/Reorder a Page in the Navigation Menu

  • In the sidebar navigation tab, click on Navigation.

  • Drag and drop pages to update the navigation. To remove a page from navigation drag and drop it to the Pages Excluded from Navigation pane.

3. Save & Test

  • Click Save, then visit the website to check changes

💡 Keep navigation simple with a maximum of 6-7 menu items.
