How to Generate Content with AI

1. Log In 

• Log into the Bookassist Web Platform: https://web.bookassist.com/
• Hover over the Website CMS tab and select the website you want to edit.

2. Navigate to AI Content Generator

• Within Pages Editor, open the Pages bar menu on the left and click on the page you want to edit.

• Hover the section name on the top left of the widget where you want to change the content and click on Edit.

• Click on Edit on the section where you want to change the content.

• Click on 'Edit' of the text where you want to change the content.

• Click Generate Content with AI.

3. Input Your Prompt

• Describe what content you would like generated (e.g., 'Create a welcoming About Us section' or 'Write a description for a Standard Room').
  • Select Content Type (when selecting one type, the system will ask for additional details)
  • Provide Custom Instructions, or select an action for existing content
  • Click on Generate

4. Review & Edit

• AI-generated content will appear for review.
• Make edits as necessary, ensuring accuracy and tone consistency.

5. Insert & Publish

• Click Copy to Text Field to add it to your page.
• Save changes and publish when ready.
