How to create an event on Google Calendar
- Open Google Calendar
- On the left, click + Create
- Add a Title for the event
- Insert the day, the hour and the length of the event
- Add guests
- If needed add a rooms or location
- If needed add description or attachments
- Save
- Share on the calendar of other guests you previously invited
