How to create an event on Google Calendar

 

  1. Open Google Calendar
  2. On the left, click + Create
    1. Add a Title for the event
    2. Insert the day, the hour and the length of the event
    3. Add guests
    4. If needed add a rooms or location
    5. If needed add description or attachments
    6. Save 
    7. Share on the calendar of other guests you previously invited
