      How to cancel a GDS booking

      Step 1: Navigate to "Manage / Reservations > New Reservations"

      Here you can find all of the bookings that have been made. 

      👍 Tip #1: You can search for a booking (Control + F) by entering the booking reference, guest name, arrival/departure date. 

      Step 2 : Cancel the booking

      Once you have located the booking you are looking for, click on "Update", and then "Cancel this booking":
