With the new Booking Platform, we’ve prioritised brand consistency, ensuring the logo is visible at every stage of the booking journey.
A clear, well-sized logo builds trust and recognition during the booking process. It also reinforces brand consistency across platforms (website, emails, booking engine) —crucial factors in converting lookers into bookers—.
A Unified Brand Experience on the Booking Platform
The logo is now clearly visible in the header of the Booking Platform across all devices – desktop, tablet and mobile. The hotel's logo is visible throughout the full booking experience—not just in emails and confirmation pages—creating a seamless brand journey for guests from start to finish.
The logo is also clickable. When clicking on it a new window to the home page will be displayed.

Use Horizontal Layouts: The logo space is width-oriented; square or vertical logos may require adaptation.
Prioritise Transparency: PNGs with transparent backgrounds blend seamlessly with the Booking Platform’s header.

Match Brand Colours: Align the logo’s background colour with the header settings in BEX for uniformity.

It’s important to know that the space for the logo on the Booking Platform is limited and has horizontal proportions, therefore a suitable logo must be uploaded for the available space.
The same logo will be used for all devices, and its legibility must be guaranteed.
Logo Configuration
Bookassist offers three flexible options for displaying your hotel’s logo, allowing you to choose the solution that best fits your brand:- Upload your own logo directly via the Extranet

- Leave hotel name as an alternative to Hotel Logo
1. Upload your own logo directly via the Extranet
To complete logo configuration on the Booking Platform 2 easy steps must be followed:
- Go to the Extranet → 'Hotel Setup' → ‘Hotel Logo’ to upload the logo and the background colour
- Check that previously set colours match by going to → 'Hotel Setup' → ‘Hotel Colours’
Step 1: Hotel Logo Setup
Uploading the logo must be done directly in the Extranet by going to Hotel Setup → Hotel Logo:

There are three main areas in this page:
‘Choose your logo’ where the logo must be uploaded:

‘Select your background colour’ where the background colour must be indicated:

‘Preview area’ where an example of the final result is displayed:

The example will always display the logo in the middle of the screen while the one displayed in a live environment is always placed on the left hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Match the ‘Background’ and the ‘Header’ Colours
The background colour must match with the one defined in Hotel Setup → Hotel Colours, specifically under the ‘Header’ section. This ensures optimal legibility of the logo across both the Booking Platform and the confirmation email.
Use the same hex code (#171717) in both sections for perfect alignment.

2. Request a custom-designed logo created by the Bookassist team
If your current logo isn’t up to standard — whether it’s low resolution, outdated, or simply needs a refresh — Bookassist can help enhance your logo design for your hotel:
1.Tell us what you need: Send an email with the logo attached to support@bookassist.com, clearly outlining what you need (e.g. redesign, clean-up, file format changes). The more detail you provide, the better we can assist you.
2. Receive a personalised quote*: Our Support Team will review your request and provide a quotation based on the complexity of the work and estimated design time.
3. We handle the rest: Once you approve the quote, our designers will get to work. When ready, your new logo will be uploaded directly to the Extranet by our team, ensuring everything is in place for a seamless brand experience.

3. Leave hotel name as an alternative to Hotel Logo
Displaying a logo is entirely optional. Those hotels that do not have an optimal logo, are dissatisfied with how it appears, or simply prefer not to display one, may instead opt to retain the hotel name. This name will remain clickable and will continue to direct users to the hotel’s homepage.
