To make your GDS sales a success, we recommend to you to take the following points into consideration:

Keep Rate Parity in ALL channels.

Maintain the Bookassist GDS reservation system on a daily basis – keep availability open that the
agent can sell.

Inform your sales, reservation and reception team in the hotel about the new GDS provider.

Inform your local corporate partners, all companies you are dealing directly with.

Contact all Travel Agents which regularly book your property, they shall know your new codes.

Note your new chain codes on each print material, flyer or brochure, and also publish them on your hotel own website.

Introduce a special rate with your hotel`s launch in the GDSs if you want to push business.
